Most likely your restraints can be repaired. Please send them to the following address. Enclose a short note describing the problem along with a return street address, contact name and daytime phone number.

Peerless® has a lifetime warranty for manufacture defects. Any returns covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge. If the repair is not covered under warranty then there will be a service charge. We will contact you after inspecting the return item with information on the repair.
